Great morning at Mind Body Spirit on the occasion of our Warriors Graduation
Sensei Mike opened the proceedings with the sad news that his pet mouse Elvis has sadly passed away this morning, Austin, one of the Warriors asked ‘how did he die Sensei?, Sensei Mike told him that Elvis had been caught in a trap.
After our traditional greeting and Rei, the Warriors then demonstrated their Blocking and Punching Drills, then their Front, Back & Side breakfalls
Sensei Mike then reported to the Parents that the Warriors had been hard working, showed lots of respect to their fellow Warriors and their behaviour in class is excellent
Sensei then started the presentation with awarding ‘Stances’ and ‘Respect’ badges, before the main event presenting the belts and certificates to our great Warriors.

We hope you all enjoyed the event and we look forward to continuing the Warriors journey to Black Belt from Tuesday next week.
