It was a great day at Mind Body Spirit on the occasion of our Senior Dan Grading.

The grading panel were BJJAGB Ratification Officer, Professor Kenny Blundell 9th Dan, Head Coach Sensei Michael Holden 7th Dan and mat man Sensei Dave Bramwell 3rd Dan
Pictured are the successful candidates who were awarded the following promotions in rank.

Sensei’s Jake Tuck Nidan, James Kennaway Sandan, Richard Spinks Yondan, Simon Came Yondan and Martin Cartwright Godan.
