It was a special day at Mind Body Spirit Martial Arts Academy on the occasion of our Cadet Black Belt Grading

Our long serving Junior students who have worked extremely hard in preparation for the grading were all successful and duly received their promotions in Rank from Head Coach, Shihan Michael Holden.
