Through our Defibrillators for Schools project we are supporting the donation of this life saving equipment to local primary schools in the Chesterfield area.
Our long term objective is provide every local primary school with a defibrillator that will be available for use in the event of a cardiac arrest.
We will be supporting local Primary Schools through either a donation, or the supply of a defibrillator directly.
Our short term aim is to donate one AED to a one local primary school then we will continue fund raising to achieve our long term objective providing an AED to as many local primary schools as possible.
Our 1st Defibrillators for Schools fund raiser will be on Sunday 28th April, when Sensei Michael and our friend Sensei Ian Arbon will be walking to the Summit of Ben Nevis, the United Kingdom’s highest peak
UPDATE: Sensei’s Michael and Ian successfully completed the climb up Ben Nevis and to date have raised an amazing £1610 which will provide 2 defibrillators for local primary schools. Thank you to all the people who have kindly donated and sent messages of support
