Great day at Mind Body Spirit on Saturday 24th November holding a BJJAGB Junior Coaching Course with our friends from Okami & Doncaster Ju-Jitsu.

This course is part of the Continuing Professional Development for our Cadet Black Belts and is an important step in their journey to becoming Club Coaches within the BJJAGB family.
